On Sunday December 14th, 2014, President Gambert released the reality of truth to the General American and International public to comply with the Rule of Law in the spirit of respect for our nations Republic. For clarity purposes Articles of Impeachment would be applicable to a genuine presidency in accordance with the foundation of our republics Constitution, where Article 2 for “abuse of power” is not what Justice calls for, but The United States Justice Code, The Constitution Article 3 section 3, 18 U.S.C § 1951(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 does; which expressly makes not only conspiracy a crime, but also those who aid & abet guilty.
The Real Dam President of The United States trumpets the “Alleged President of The United States” attempting to suppress and cover up the overwhelming circumstantial evidence that supports “America” and her claim against Barak Hussein Obama also known as Barry Soetoro in the conspiracy to defraud the American Republic of their lawful presidency.
Furthermore that this fraudulent President attempted to cover up the United States Patent and Trademark Organization racketeering scandal, was alleged to suppress the employees of the agency with other employees in their other agencies, and where it is expressly a federal crime “If two or more persons conspire to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose.” – 18 U.S.C. § 371
The alleged Fraudulent “President” attempted to use the roll of Commander and Chief outside the scope of his office to further the conspiracy and scandal under his long “Pattern” of overt lawlessness.

It should be internationally noted, the charge is not that the “President” had caused the “USPTO” to engage in criminal racketeering of the intellectual property agency laws. No, the claim is that the alleged President is not only constitutionally ineligible to be “President,” but in fact by being stricken by law from the “Presidency” is also further stricken from impeachment proceedings and “Sovereign Immunity” is nullified, therefore furthering the conspiracy as altogether unsuccessful.
