This is a follow up to a previous email that I have not had any response on currently. I need to know the procedures to open up an investigation from these allegations of illegal and improper activities in the USPTO namely the TTAB. It is imperative that this investigation takes place within the USPTO. Congress must be notified and respectfully I ask what do I need to do in order to get this actually into motion because nobody is doing anything to hold the accountable accountable. The GAO and the work described namely is:

-investigating allegations of illegal and improper activities;

We advise Congress and the heads of executive agencies about ways to make government more efficient, effective, ethical, equitable and responsive. Our work leads to laws and acts that improve government operations, saving the government and taxpayers billions of dollars.

So please again what are the procedures to get this going???

Hi,

I am now contacting this office to make Congress aware of the Gross American Injustice found at the United States Patent and Trademark Organization included in the attached document “Demand Letter.” I have also included the Federal Tort Claims Act Case that I am now pursuing for the abuse of process and continued malicious conducts of the named individuals inside “Demand Letter.” I have suffered great damages from these Agents conducts.

John Kyl, Jeff Flake, John McCain, “President” Barak Obama, Secretary of Commerce Rebecca Blank, Teresa Rhea Director of the USPTO, and others are fully aware of the flagrant errors made by them, and attempted cover-ups by Agents inside the TTAB and USPTO. I thank you for your service of holding the accountable, accountable and reporting this to the correct congressional members to assure that justice is no longer obstructed and the abuse of process is rooted out from top to bottom.
