Hi,
The other day I witnessed BIG NEWS, although when I compared the news to CNN, Fox, and NBC with others, I was surprised to see less than worthy news all over the air. I am proud to say six Americans have come forward and did the most excellent job of giving testimony in the hearings before Congress in regards to the IRS.
With Americans coming together to root out corruption at all costs, I want to take a moment and give honor to John Eastman, Dianne Belsom, Kevin Koosegey, Becky Garritson and others.
I also would like to give special thanks to the ACLJ, even if they do or do not hear my case of “Gross American Injustice” they are serving America well by helping the above individuals get Justice on the I.R.S. for their carefully articulated targeting of “Real Americans.” You have found my Support, and maybe if it’s not too much to ask that I can find yours America!

Dear Mr. Gambert:
Thank you for your inquiry to the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ). Our legal staff has reviewed your inquiry regarding the United States Patent and Trademark Organization’s violation of federal law.
Although we understand your concerns, unfortunately, this matter does not present an issue that the ACLJ can address on your behalf. Our area of practice is limited to constitutional law with an emphasis on religious liberties protected within the First Amendment freedoms of speech, assembly and exercise of religion. Although some matters may incidentally involve religious belief and exercise, please understand that the ACLJ is unable to represent individuals and organizations involving other areas of the law, such as personal injury, corporate, family law, and other civil and criminal matters.
We appreciate your inquiry and hope that you will feel free to contact us in the future should the need arise. As for now, please understand that the ACLJ is not representing you in any legal matter.
We encourage you to stay involved with the ACLJ and informed on important contemporary legal issues. “Jay Sekulow Live” is a daily radio program which can be heard across the country. Facts |
I filed for a trademark. I got it published. There was a late opposition. They allowed it late against the law because of the profile of the Intellectual Property is extremely valuable. There was international recognition. I followed the law, did everything I could do, when the TTAB simply break the law and there is no one to hold them accountable or prosecute them, then here I am looking for Justice. I have contacted everyone, from the old “Acting” Secretary to the “President” of the United States notifying everyone of this “Gross American Injustice” On us all as Citizens. |
