As you can see attached I contacted Attorney and Federal Senator Jon Kyl, who has referred my constitutional issue to you and because he is retiring… Jon Kyl had an interesting online submission system in place where if someone had a real constitutional dilemma they could simply fill out a contact form, provide a brief statement of what they are up against, and he would “At Least Make an Inquiry” I recommend you have the same one in place for your administration.
In regards to contacting Senator John McCain he did start off by “Thanking me for my information.” It is good information that should concern every red blooded American, especially the citizens who care about creating jobs, and generating international income into the USA. Although he declined to get involved and returned my information, he did provide the reason being in his opinion to be a constitutional issue…

In reply, instead, I would like to give you the opportunity to take a stand where “Swearing in to Protect” means protecting the rights found in the Constitution for every citizen, and this is past the Judicial, it involves our entire country. Although I am in a current “Notice of Complaint,” stage against the USPTO for violating 1.) Federal Statutes 2.) Internal Agency Law 3.) The Constitution, how they violated my rights by overtly breaking the 14th (due process) and 5th (taking of my property) I own by law.
Therefore, it is no longer just an issue in the Judicial, but concerns every branch which includes every citizen. I have a right to tell congress about it and part of all citizens’ rights is the ability to inform law enforcement. This Gives you the ability to know and “To Protect.” Honoring your oath as “To Inquire” by way of your own oath of office contract… When the judicial breaks the law, someone must hold them accountable to follow their own laws, especially the ones they are supposed to enforce by their sworn oath to protect…
Furthermore, the Senate is heavily involved in the affairs of the Department of Commerce and the United States Patent and Trademark Organization. This has everything to do with Congress and it is why I am writing you this letter with Updated Address information and phone numbers. Please consider this an American citizen’s request to at least INQUIRE why the USPTO’s employees are continuing this lawless behavior in violation to every American citizens rights.
Please note there is a submission address to Congress at the USPTO and you are the third one notified, but in no way will the entire House with every Congressman for every state not be notified of this insubordinate lawlessness within the USPTO’s Federal Agency. It should concern everyone working for the Government as Agents and because it involves every citizen of the United States…
Government corruption and abuse of Process with overt lawlessness cannot and will not be tolerated in the United States. What is generating international income to the United States and the creation of Jobs to Congress? What is generating international income to the United States and the creation of Jobs to The Department of Commerce? What is generating international income to the United States and the creation of Jobs to the Citizens of the USA? What are your thoughts personally Mr. Flake? How does it make everyone feel to know “Federal Agents” are in the way by their own accord outside of the alignment to what the laws, including Federal Statutes, clearly state? How does it make everyone feel to know they have used the system and abused it to avoid accountability?
Does it strike anyone besides me these individuals can just break the law at the cost of the unemployed, adding even more to the deficit, and to walk around free not being held accountable? How can lawbreakers not be held accountable? Is it because they work for the Government? Is it at personal discretion or in accordance to the laws that govern? What is corruption, but something everyone should be concerned with… It is our duty to seek it out at all costs, this disease ruins our country and our economy… Eventually someone will take a stand on the side of the law, on solid foundation, and even if it does only include me standing with God alone.
