Where is the information I originally requested  that your office received on November 19^th 2012, where I have in writing an estimated response date being December 18^th 2012. We are in the year 2013 now.

Who closed this?

Because I have proof of service I sent the information as requested, I also have proof of emailing the correspondence requested, please reopen this case and provide the information as requested in the notarized documentation requested.

Please advise because if I don’t hear anything back by this weekend a complaint with the Department of Justice will be filed.

The information will be provided one way or another.
